The estate, dating back to the 18th century, is made up of the main villa "Villa San Giorgio" and the farmhouse.

Villa San Giorgio and the farmhouse were renovated in 1992, a careful renovation began,
respecting the original architecture, using materials used for bio-architecture,
such as stone, brick, lime and wood; thus starting a tourist activity.
