Apple pie "Joy" doses:
300gr.
flour
250 gr.
sugar (half white, half barrel)
150 gr.
butter
3 eggs
4-5 golden apples
1 packet of baking powder
vanilla sugar to taste
Preparation:
Melt the butter over low heat, beat the eggs with the sugar, add the sieved yeast, melted butter and flour, mix well.
Grease and flour a rectangular baking dish of medium size, roll out the dough (about 2 cm thick), peeled apples, split into quarters, remove core, cut into thin slices, arrange the apple slices thick, carefully and regularly vertical position (see pictures) in three or four rows (depending on the pan.) Sprinkle the spaces between the rows with the icing sugar. Bake 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

For example, in these days we will be hosting a vegetarian dinner for a group of friends, with so many starters such as cheese and vegetables, couscous with vegetables, polenta, risotto, omelets and a nice dessert to finish the evening ... then it's all still enjoy in the company ...
Once a chef told me that the kitchen had to be serious and woe to those who laughed ... I am not of that opinion, because when we put the laughter in the kitchen we heard from afar.

Joy does not diminish the quality of our dishes, always served with simple but wholesome and good humor. The hours spent in the kitchen can be tiring but not heavy ... never in good company time passes quickly and the work flows. Our guests appreciate both our kitchen and our good mood.
