new renovated apartment
As every year, in winter we make some work of restoration / improvement in the structure. ...
This year the boss has decided to make an entrance gate to the hotel and finish the missing part of the boundary wall, surely this work will make a nice "glance" at the Villa and add a little of importance to the structure .
Also completed the roof of the outdoor dining area in front of the apartment nr. 1, last year there has been no time to do it, and during the summer who was staying there during the day took refuge all'ombrea with lots of old oak table and chairs, now there will be no need to "travel" with the table every day.
It also enlarged the service area, both ours and the one dedicated to the guests, because we share the laundry from our guests, so to each his own.
On the program, there also some other work, depending on the weather this year did not give us a hand, it allows ...
