We have lost hope .... a cold and rainy in August so it was so you could not see ... the shop windows full of winter clothes there already caused an initiative of depression ... then the miracle! returned to the hot sun, blue sky, the summer really! dungeon we resumed light clothes, put in place the cardigans and shrugs ... we riapparecchiato tables under the holm of our guests for dinner and resent the happy voices in the pool in the evening after dinner ... it is truly a beauty to bathe at night the lights look magical damage to the pool, the water is warm and feels only the roar of the water and cicadas, we see in the distance the lights shine through the hills ... a magical, sweet, profound and inspiring thoughts meditation ... you stop to look at the starry sky and you realize to be a grain of sand compared to the universe, all the problems that you may have become less important in a flash and less pressing for an instant at least you feel ... at peace with yourself and with the entire universe ....

What It Is?
it's a way to make Our guests happy and glad to be here, we prepare Some of Our tuscanian specialties, quite a lot of food, if you really want to know, SOME small bites of bruschetta with home grown tomatoes, SOME bruschetta with home grown olive oil, pasta, ham and much more, to what Our imagination Suggest us to prepare, and of course Some of the local wines, white and red. ... As I alway say, it is not a profesional wine tasting, want it to be way to enjoy a couple of hours Some tasting food, wine and the good company, To Know Each Other ... and it seams That Our guests like it very much, as there are always plenty of theme with us ....

Mid-August this year to organize a small party in the pool, tuttti our guests are invited to participate. Between music, some delicious morsel and a drink, spend the afternoon of August together at the pool, hoping that time does not do tricks. It provides a "fry" of nationality, because for the next week expect guests from many different countries, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Norway, Holland, Germany, France and Sweden. ... Many cultures and many languages in comparison, united by an Italian feast.

Friday Night at the Quarrata's beauties HAD an appointment by the pool, enjoing the pool party, with music, fun and good company we passed A Few hours dancing, laughing and chatting all toghether ... That was a nice evening ... we Organize the pool party to say THANK YOU to All Our Guests, Which are coming from years and years to Our Place, and Most Become a part of the family ... as They Call Themselves "Quarrata the family" from Them ... so nice ... thank you girls, we love you ! All Of You! how nice to be at the pool party on friday night, music, good food and I know many friends, We Have Had a lot of fun ... dancing, joking and Of Course We Had Our bike Their team getting the gold medals ... and it seams They Were very proud of the medals ... as if it WAS a real gold ... not a "tin bottom," for thank you and thank you for Being Here Be Such a good friends of ours and kept quarrata. ... see you next year ... and the next weeks we will miss you all!

first we complained of the cold, rain ... now we have the climate of the tropics, our guests, not very accustomed to temperatures above 30 degrees, vegetate in the shade by the pool or float in the water screaming for a bit of ice ( to put in the pool). As always these two weeks we host almost all of comebacks ... all well-known faces, the children become older, our cyclists have seen the new arrivals in the squad, three young boys, children of our guests, they do eat a bit of dust on our old glory ... to make a joke, no more "all stars" but rather "old stars", but you still defend ... to thank everyone for such great loyalty to us, this Friday night I set up a beautiful "farewell party "in the pool to say hello, thank to say goodbye to those leaving Saturday ... two weeks really fly in a flash ... and as always, for us two RSAT together, a great ceremony of our cyclists, old and new with Tour the Estate Quarrata medals. ... see you next year friends ...
