we were talking about apple pie, and there are many ... but good as that of Marcello is not easy to find ... here's a nice recipe for delicious apple pie, and guaranteed result ensured a good impression.
Apple pie "Joy" doses:
300gr.
flour
250 gr.
sugar (half white, half barrel)
150 gr.
butter
3 eggs
4-5 golden apples
1 teaspoon baking powder
vanilla sugar to taste
Preparation:
Melt the butter over low heat, whisk eggs with sugar, add the sifted baking powder, melted butter and flour, mix well.
Grease and flour a medium sized roasting pan, roll the dough (about 2 cm thick), peeling apples, split into quarters, remove core, cut into thin slices, arrange the apple slices thick, carefully and regularly, vertical position (see pictures) in three or four rows (depending on the pan). Sprinkle the spaces between the rows with icing sugar. Bake 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
